A virtual experience “invented for life”

Bosch has always been a brand that centers on the customer experience—that’s why, in a time when everyone is spending more hours in their homes, the appliance leader needed a virtual solution to showcase their beautiful new products in an informative, yet exciting way. With a partnership of nearly 10 years, Bosch tapped Red Door to help deliver on this new interactive brand experience.

The challenge

With a slew of new products set to launch in 2021, Bosch needed us to quickly create a virtual solution that checked all of the boxes. It had to be evergreen to account for the brand’s constant innovation. It had to accomplish their goal of setting the gold standard for branded virtual experiences. And it needed to serve as another key tactic to drive product sales in 2021 and beyond. 

Our Approach

In order to create the best virtual experience, Red Door partnered with the best in the biz—TC Studios, experts in photo and video production, and 3D Vista, experts in virtual panorama. Together with Red Door’s project management, creative, and web development skills, we guided Bosch’s many teams and crafted a crave-worthy experience — from start to finish. 


The Red Door team worked closely with TC Studios and Woo Creative Agency to create a stunning, panoramic virtual kitchen with thoughtful details at every turn. It’s all highly intuitive, allowing visitors to click and drag to explore Bosch products. Further, because consumers tend to place great trust in third-party reviews, endorsements, and insider knowledge, the experience also integrated tips for planning a dream kitchen from Bosch partner and celebrity chef, Curtis Stone.


The Results

By successfully managing the Bosch team, their creative agency, and various vendors, Red Door was able to craft an unforgettable virtual experience. The microsite not only launched on time and under budget, but is performing as smoothly as any Bosch appliance. Looking ahead, we have a strategy in place to constantly monitor, UX test, and optimize the Bosch Virtual Kitchen Experience based on consumer behavior, to ensure long-term success.
