Understanding the User Experience

With the microsite live, Bosch could begin gathering feedback from real users to better understand how they navigated the site and engaged with its products. The goal was to identify areas of friction and uncover ways to make the platform more intuitive and useful.
We knew that user feedback alone wouldn't tell the whole story. By pairing firsthand observations with behavioral data, we could validate what customers were experiencing, pinpoint where they encountered obstacles, and build a more informed strategy for conversion rate optimization.
Turning user insights into action
We leveraged UserTesting.com to recruit users and conduct qualitative analyses of site engagement and navigation. Then, we performed a quantitative funnel analysis through Google Analytics to pinpoint areas for improvement. These findings informed a comprehensive conversion rate optimization roadmap. One key enhancement was a new CTA that directed visitors from the virtual kitchen tour back to the primary product detail page, where they could learn more and move further down the purchase funnel.
