Titleist Vokey: Putting email into play
Engaging a primed audience
Titleist Vokey Design crafts industry-leading golf wedges, played by some of the best competitors on Tour. As Vokey continued to gain momentum with the release of their SM7 wedges, there was an opportunity to better communicate with their loyal fans through more relevant email content.
We had two overarching goals in order to provide a foundation for Vokey’s email program: in the near term, to create a set of emails to solve for Vokey’s immediate content needs; and in the long term, to develop an email flow strategy to equip Vokey’s internal team with tools for the future.
To maximize efficiency and scalability, we designed our initial emails through a modular approach, providing Vokey with the flexibility of having a library of content options, while still maintaining overall design consistency.
Vokey email creation
We provided the content strategy, copywriting, and design for a set of three emails, created as a series to promote Vokey’s Wedge Selector Tool and custom fitting opportunities.
Vokey email playbook
To help guide the ongoing rollout of future email campaigns, we created an actionable playbook, comprised of: an email flow strategy, the library of content module options, measurement and optimization support, and email best practices for both copy and design.
