Speaker Series: The Journey Is the Strategy
Rethinking How Brands Connect & Convert in the AI Era

Event Recap
About the event
Marketing programs are still too often built one channel, one campaign, one tactic at a time. That leaves the customer to stitch a coherent brand experience together on their own, which creates friction and fallout. When messaging, formats, and calls-to-action aren't mapped to the journey up front, the seams show. Budgets get spent, but growth doesn't compound.
At our next Speaker Series on Thursday, August 13, we'll share Red Door Interactive's point of view on treating the customer journey as a single, connected system. Drawing on the latest research on the evolving customer journey, along with our Creative Mapping Framework, we'll walk through how messaging, formats, CTAs, and measurement should align across every stage of the funnel, before a single asset or channel-level plan gets built.
Beyond creative strategy, we'll share tactical advice on how brand, channels, technology, and measurement need to work together to drive greater results.
The session runs in three parts. A moderated panel opens with the full-funnel playbook, bringing together perspectives that rarely sit at the same table to answer: how AI is changing the journey, how creative anchors consistent messaging across touchpoints, how strategy translates into cross-channel execution, and how measurement holds up across a fragmented path.
From there, a live Messaging Map walk-through shows the Creative Mapping Framework in action. Using an anonymized brand, we'll show how messaging, formats, and CTAs align across YouTube, CTV, Meta, TikTok, Search, Audio, Email, and Display, all pointed to a single business outcome.
Then we'll open it up to a live discussion with the room, where marketers can pressure-test the framework against their own programs.
Come ready to think about your own program. You'll leave with a framework you can put to work.
Join us at our San Diego headquarters for a morning of sharp thinking and real conversation with marketers working through the same challenges, plus coffee, light bites, and time to connect.
