Red Door Interactive and the Vokey Wedge team at Titleist evaluated the marketing business to identify where better data visibility could drive improvement. While performance was strong, siloed channel data made it difficult to access insights and act quickly.

To address siloed data across channels, we recommended integrated Domo dashboards that could pull multiple data streams into one place. By visualizing the most significant marketing data in a single view, the Vokey team gained clearer visibility into performance and a more efficient way to access insights. The dashboards not only unified reporting, but also created a foundation for faster, more informed decision-making.

Working closely with Vokey stakeholders, we aligned dashboard development to core business goals, including product education, custom wedge fitting, and eCommerce growth. We identified key marketing questions and integrated data sources such as Google Analytics, social platforms, and paid media to answer them. With shared access to centralized insights, the team can now take ongoing action, spark informed discussions, and quickly identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
