The Opportunity

Shea Homes San Diego needed a flexible, scalable website that could be launched quickly and maintained without ongoing developer support.

The Insight

Red Door identified no-code technology as the right solution to balance speed, performance, and long-term ownership for the internal team.

Website Development

No-Code Framework

RDI planned and designed a modular website structure using Webflow to showcase Shea Homes' North City Master Plan community in San Marcos, CA. The four-phase approach: discovery, design, development, deployment, ensured alignment with client expectations and brand standards at every step.

CMS Implementation

Building with No-Code Tools

We developed the site on Webflow's no-code platform, incorporating template development, baseline SEO, analytics integration, and CMS capabilities. This approach gave the Shea Homes team full control over content management and enabled rapid updates without engineering resources.

Content Strategy

Enabling Ongoing Optimization

We structured templates and components to support future updates, campaign launches, and ongoing performance improvements. After launch, we implemented analytics monitoring and conducted a week of performance tracking to ensure the site delivered on both brand experience and lead generation goals.
