Family-owned new home builder Shea Homes was getting ready to launch their brand-new home wellness product. To make sure their offering could draw attention in an already-crowded marketplace, they reached out to Red Door for product identity development and rollout support.
The themes of health and wellness aren’t new in the homebuilding industry, and competitors had already brought home wellness products to market. Our goal was to not only develop branding that resonated with our audience in a fresh, new way, but clearly articulate the message of what made Shea different.
Our first task was to develop a name and visual identity for Shea’s wellness product. Through our thoughtful creative process informed by user testing, Pure Living™ by Shea Homes® came to life. From there, our next steps were to develop all the new product launch collateral, and a marketing rollout plan to help spread the word.
In addition to the naming and logo design for Pure Living™, our creative assets included: a print brochure, product landing page, announcement email, web banners, and a social media toolkit.
