As part of their award-winning approach to home design, Shea Homes developed a product called Shea3D, a customization tool allowing homeowners to choose the placement of their kitchen, dining, entertainment, and outdoor living areas, according to their lifestyle needs. To help launch the product, they reached out to Red Door for support.
Because Shea3D was a brand new offering, we needed to develop a communication strategy that not only introduced the story, but did so in a way that that was captivating and clear enough to drive user interest.
To help get Shea3D off the ground, we provided strategic recommendations for the product platform, story, positioning, naming, and logo. From there, we were able to apply the Shea3D identity across a variety of integrated assets.
We developed website assets to continue to build awareness and highlight the communities that would be offering the new product. Assets included: a video script and storyboard, announcement email, a dedicated landing page, and banners on SheaHomes.com. We also created Sales Center print collateral to bolster on-the-ground efforts.
The Shea3D landing page garnered 17,408 page visitors with 266 sign ups from the interest list. 31% of people who saw the page engaged with the website to explore Shea3D communities, and the video tallied 3,917 views.
