Erika Werner, Dennis Gonzales, and John Faris Promoted to C-Suite
San Diego, CA — As the full-service marketing agency Red Door Interactive (RDI) continues on its growth trajectory, the company announces several C-suite promotions. This evolution will facilitate the agency’s expansion while creating opportunity for future growth and further integration.
With a focus on Transformational Marketing, RDI is aligning its services and positioning the company to respond to further business and client growth. The promotions allow for the opportunity to replicate on the successes RDI has experienced in Cross-Channel Marketing (CCM) through collaboration, productization, and innovation across delivery teams.

Promotions are as follows:
Erika Werner, previously VP of Client Services is now Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), leading Business Development and Marketing.
Dennis Gonzales, previously VP of Operations is now Chief Operating Officer (COO), leading Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Software Engineering, and Operations.
John Faris, previously VP of Cross-Channel Marketing is now President, leading Strategic Planning, Marketing Technology, and Creative while continuing oversight of CCM teams, including SEO, Paid & Earned Media, and Social Media.
Reid Carr maintains his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
