While developing a web presence for SkinMedica, Red Door brought many of their business services online – sales, product management, customer service and accounting. Information can be easily shared between programs. For instance, if a doctor changes his address, this information is dispersed in the physician log-in functions, sales and customer service, greatly reducing double data entry.
