Red Door uses HBX, a web analytic tool, on the SkinMedica site to help track where users go and what they do. Research indicated that on the Vaniqa site for skincare products, physicians were clicking on the Find a Physician button in an effort to find the Medical Professionals section. The site was redesigned to improve the flow of traffic.
