BeneTrac’s online benefit management business was well established in California. When it was time to expand markets into Arizona and Nevada, Red Door created an online advertising media campaign that included regional buys on national entities as well as sponsored email campaigns targeted at HR professionals and brokers. Emails offered useful content, such as whitepaper downloads, where users had to fill out a form containing relevant personal information to access articles. BeneTrac increased their email database by 3% and saw a 900% increase in potential lead information coming through online.
