Red Door Interactive among the San Diego Business Journal’s 2010 Best Places to Work

The San Diego Business Journal released its annual ranking of the Best Places to Work in San Diego at an awards ceremony on May 25th. Red Door Interactive has proudly made the list every year since 2007, and this year RDI ranked number 7 in the small-business category.

The criterion for the 2010 awards was much the same as previous years. The award required that a majority of employees fill out anonymous, online surveys about various aspects of their work environment.

As Red Door continues to grow, the core value of taking care of the employees will remain a guiding principal. The opening of the Carlsbad office is one example of how RDI keeps employees in mind as it continues to expand. The new office now allows employees and prospective employees to choose one of three locations that fit in best with their lifestyle. They now have the choice to work at the downtown San Diego urban office, the mountain based Denver office or the Carlsbad office which is just blocks from the beach.
