RESEARCH STRATEGIST | Kyle Sandsmark
Kyle was the research analyst for Ground Floor in 2008. He is now a fourth year student at San Diego State University for his Bachelors degree in Marketing. Kyle will have a focus in Integrated Marketing Communication and take courses in Communications to learn the communication side of marketing.

Prior to working with Ground Floor, Kyle has done internships with Greenhaus and NYCA. Kyle also volunteers around the community and enjoys sports in his spare time.


BUSINESS MANAGER | Sang Wu
Sang came to the United States from the lovely African Nation of Zambia to pursue higher education. She landed in the beautiful, sunny city of San Diego. She will be graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University in Fall of 2008.

She loves to travel and has been lucky enough to have visited every continent except Antarctica.


USER EXPERIENCE | Kamna Dadwani
Kamna Dadwani is a MBA student at San Diego State University. She is an international student from India. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Engineering of Electronics and Telecommunication.

Kamna has worked in a BPO named Sutherland Global services for two years initially as a Technical support engineer, then as subject matter expert and finally as team coach. She decided to pursue an MBA, which is why she came to the U.S.

She loves doing internships that correspond with her coursework because it helps enhance her MBA experience by acting as a bridge to understand the relationship between theory and practice on a first-hand basis.

In her leisure time, she loves to play with her pet, cook, and listen to music. She also loves to swim, play basketball, badminton and table tennis.


COPYWRITER | Cameran Collins
Cameran Collins has one more year at San Diego State University until she completes her Bachelors Degree in communications with an emphasis in advertising and a minor in Spanish. The creative and psychological appeal of advertising is what inspired her to pursue a profession in the field. She has been a part of the San Diego State University Advertising club for the past two years, and served as the Fundraising Chair.

She also conducted marketing research on software internationalization for NExTWORK, a company founded by a professor at San Diego State University, to find cultural taboos and formatting techniques across the world. Her coursework has expanded her experience to other fields within advertising such as journalism, marketing and public relations. She has completed many projects that have allowed her to work in different areas of marketing, and is very excited to see where she will find her niche.

Aside from school, her passions are painting and traveling. She has studied abroad in both Guanajuato, Mexico and Stockholm, Sweden.


PROJECT MANAGER | Holly Foxen Wells
Holly Foxen Wells is a Business Graduate Student at San Diego State University. Her on campus activities include involvement in the American Marketing Association as well as the Advertising Club.

She currently works as a Marketing Assistant for two of the top real estate agents in the nation. In addition, Holly is a Senior Staff Writer and Contributing Columnist for The Daily Aztec Newspaper.

Other work experience includes various internships in Marketing and Human Resources. This past summer, Holly interned in the Human Resources Department at a Biotech company in La Jolla. She hopes to pursue a career in marketing in sales in this or a related industry.

In her free time, Holly enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.


ART DIRECTOR | Jeff Hunter
Jeff Hunter is a San Diego native and a recent graduate of the Art Institute of California-San Diego's graphic design program. As a student, Jeff distinguished himself by winning many awards and honors. His work has been recognized locally, nationally and internationally. His designs have been selected to appear in design annuals and magazines like; CMYK, Applied Arts, STEP 100, and Graphics.

Jeff's innovative ad designs have been recognized by the American Advertising Federation in 2007 where he was awarded "Best of Show" in the national student ADDY competition. He was also selected as one of five international finalists in the prestigious 2007 YoungGuns advertising competition. Jeff is looking forward to working as an Art Director for an advertising or design agency.


SEO ANALYST | Hayley Calams
Hayley Calams is a Marketing Senior at San Diego State University where she's been involved with the American Marketing Association (AMA) for three years. Hayley has served on the executive board for AMA as VP of Finance and Fundraising and VP of Community Service. In addition to being involved with AMA, Hayley has been a lifeguard for five years for the City of Santa Clarita and was an assistant manager. After being introduced to search engine optimization in classes at SDSU, Hayley has worked on various school projects where she helped develop direct marketing and advertising campaigns utilizing search engine marketing.

In her free time, Hayley enjoys swimming, going to beaches, teaching swimming lessons, and exploring hiking trails in San Diego.
