SEO Analyst

The Search Analyst is responsible for strategic development and management of search marketing campaigns. Primary responsibilities may include strategic planning, implementation, reporting, and optimization of paid campaigns; keyword research; link building research and implementation; on-page and site architecture audits.

In this role you will learn how to:

  • Develop a paid search strategy and implementation
  • Execute on all aspects of a paid search campaign, including launch, management, reporting, and ongoing optimization
  • Monitor a paid search campaign and report results to ensure client goals are met
  • Generate ad copy
  • Spot trends and make recommendations for a paid search campaign optimization
  • Conduct market and competitor research to leverage in the execution of a campaign
  • Support organic services (e.g. SEO campaigns, link building initiatives, social media marketing, etc.)
  • Track, analyze, edit, and improve a paid search campaign
  • Generate reports to evaluate campaign success and create optimization recommendations
  • Collaborate with in-house Web Analyst to compile analytics data
  • Assist in directing keyword and landing page testing & modification process with User Experience Designer
  • Define and execute search strategies and tactics appropriate to the paid and organic search campaigns

Experience that will help in this role:

  • Coursework in Statistics, English, Marketing, Advertising, Business Communication, or related fields
  • Analytical thinking with regard to campaign performance and content development
  • Detail-oriented

Requirement for all positions:

  • Fluent with MS Office applications
