The Business Manager's role involves managing the client relationship by taking a strategic, business-oriented approach with a focus on delivering return-on-investment (ROI), establishing long-term plans/strategies, and steering the client's Web business. This position will collaborate with other project team shareholders such as User Experience, Research, Project Management, Creative, and Technology to understand and communicate agency ideas and recommendations.
In this role you will learn how to:
- Strategically manage your client's online business
- Write project proposals
- Manage client budgets
- Eloquently and confidently communicate and present agency ideas and recommendations
- Manage and build day-to-day client relationships
- Coordinate project scheduling and manage client expectations
- Oversee the planning, creative and technical development on the project
Experience that will help in this role:
- Coursework in Management & Leadership, Marketing, Finance or related fields
Requirement for all positions:
- Personal laptop required
- Fluent with MS Office applications
