Overview
Pardee Homes is one of the largest homebuilders and residential developers in the Southern California and Las Vegas metro markets. Founded in 1921 (it began building homes in Nevada in 1952), the company has regional offices in San Diego, Irvine, Corona, Sacramento, and Pleasanton, California, as well as in Las Vegas. In addition to its home-building efforts, Pardee also builds apartment homes and commercial properties in Southern California and offers home loans through an affiliate.
