TurningTechnogies recently unveiled a Macintosh edition for TurningPoint, an audience response system. Because the Mac is widely used in academic circles, there was great market anticipation for this product rollout. Red Door created bright, attention-getting ads that ran on sites targeted at elementary education administrators and featured an apple falling off a tree. When customers clicked on the ad, they were sent to a landing page where they could play a game where they could pick an apple. If they selected the winning apple, they received a complimentary audience response system.
