We created events to generate buzz around a Shea Homes Origen Community event. We focused on a Spring Open House, and spent two weeks utilizing both online and offline media tactics, ranging from online display ads to mobile billboards. The objective was to generate event RSVPs and foot traffic on the day of the event.

Project Results

These tactics delivered excellent results: 1.7 million impressions, 1,850 clicks and various engagements such as likes, photo views, comments, shares, retweets, and followers plus 140 in-person guests at the event in four hours.
