- Agency honored for its hiring practices, benefits, work environment and more -

SAN DIEGO — Nov. 14, 2016 –  Red Door Interactive, a national, award winning, full-service marketing and advertising firm that utilizes an informed storytelling approach for mid-market brands looking to increase market share, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Marketing and Media by Advertising Age.

Ranked 21st on the Top 50 list, the agency was selected based on criteria that included hiring practices, benefits packages, salaries, office perks, workplace environment and design.

“It’s an incredible honor to be considered one of the most desirable companies to work for in our industry. We’re dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive work environment that our employees enjoy coming to everyday and that allows us to produce the best results for our clients,” said Reid Carr, president of Red Door Interactive. “We always operate in line with our core values. They support our culture and define who we are and how we interact. They’re what truly separates us from other agencies and companies. It’s a privilege to be honored on the list yet again.”

Red Door Interactive has been named to this list by Advertising Age in three previous years: 2011, 2012 and 2014. The Best Places to Work list is a joint effort of Advertising Age and Best Companies Group, an organization dedicated to establishing programs to identify and recognize workplaces that nurture a superior level of employee satisfaction and engagement. Agencies, media companies and brand marketing divisions across the United States participated in the two-part company and employee survey process to determine respective Best Places to Work rankings.

“The companies on Ad Age’s Best Places to Work represent the cream of the crop in marketing, advertising, media and ad technology,” said Deputy Editor Judann Pollack. “In these highly competitive fields, these 50 stand out for their best-in-class benefits, salaries and hiring practices, but also for creating a compelling culture in which employees are engaged, encouraged and valued. Talent has never been more important in marketing, and our Best Places to Work companies have proven that they can attract and retain the best in the business.”

Red Door has also been acknowledged as on San Diego’s Best Places to Work each of the last ten years by the San Diego Business Journal.
