We:30 of the Week- Miguel

We:30 is a weekly tradition here at Red Door Interactive, in which we take the time to celebrate and feature an employee who exemplifies our core values to inspire, share, evolve, exceed, and be 100% jerk-free. We:30 also gives us a chance to learn some interesting and fun facts about the featured employee!

This week features Miguel Gallegos, Web Developer! Did you know…
  • My full name is Miguel Isidro Gallegos Lopez- phew!
  • I used to play 60's rock music...with long hair.
  • I practiced Japanese karate for about 4 years and hope to one day learn Jiu Jitsu, Brazilian style or at least Krav Magá.
  • I used to play synthesizer and sequences in a band called Koñorteño (they’re still around trying to make it in music world- they're awesome!).  We played at House of Blues in San Diego and Hollywood.
  • I participate in my church’s youth group and play in both the band and choir.  One of the things I enjoy most is our visits to orphanages; helping others is very important to me.
  • I work as a Web Developer at Red Door where I build code to provide functionality to client’s websites and applications. I’m always researching new technologies to make processes better- sometimes even creating those new technologies!
