< Back to Main Blog We:30 of the Week - Natalie! By Red Door on November 29, 2012 | Red Door Culture | Leave a comment We:30 is a weekly tradition here at Red Door Interactive, in which we take the time to celebrate and feature an employee who exemplifies our core values to inspire, share, evolve, exceed, and be 100% jerk-free. We:30 also gives us a chance to learn some interesting and fun facts about the featured employee! This week features Natalie Martin, Red Door's Accounting Manager! Did you know... She grew up in a small community called Kneeland of not more than 500 people, where there was only a post office, a two room schoolhouse, and a volunteer fire department. Everything else required a 30 minute drive into town. She is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts - she sold cookies as a little Brownie and went on to complete her Silver Award as a Cadette. Ever since she was little, she has loved swimming, so naturally, her first job was as a lifeguard and swim instructor at the community pool. As the Accounting Manager at RDI, her main responsibility is to ensure accurate reporting of the company's financials, managing the payables and account receivables as well as ensuring employees get their paychecks on time!
