Mark Donnelly joins Red Door Interactive’s San Diego Headquarters
- Manager of Business Intelligence to help clients integrate online data insights with offline business analytics -
Red Door Interactive, a strategic partner dedicated to ensuring businesses engage their customers wherever they are, announced the arrival of Mark Donnelly, Manager of Business Intelligence, to its San Diego headquarters.
With more than a decade of financial and operational analytics experience, Mark will play an instrumental role in helping clients integrate their online data insights with offline business analytics.
“Mark is highly skilled in his field and has successfully demonstrated his ability to apply rigorous analysis and use information systems that will allow us to provide clients with better recommendations and help them make more informed decisions,” said Charles Wiedenhoft, Director of Business Planning & Optimization at Red Door Interactive. “Mark will play a crucial role in developing this practice area and we’re so excited to have him as a part of our team!”
Prior to joining Red Door, Donnelly worked at Sony Electronics as the Financial Reporting Manager for Business Intelligence where he managed digital and traditional projects for local and national clients across a variety of industries and educated business owners on best practices for reporting and data management. He previously served as the Manager of Business Analytics at VISTA Staffing Solutions, Inc. In this role, Donnelly created a new sales force compensation model that enhanced alignment of company and sales force goals affecting $5.6 million in commissions annually and instituted the use of Attitudinal and Behavioral analytics as diagnostic reporting tools. In earlier years, he was a Consultant at HealthEquity where he created initial business dashboards for senior management allowing analysis of operational and financial data and he was a Consultant at Phase 2 Consulting where he created compensation strategies and analytics for clients to increase retention of human resources. His other experience includes Forecast Analysis at American Express, Global Sales Analyst at Callaway Golf, Market Business Analyst at Alaris Medical Systems and Avionics Technician for the United States Marine Corps. Donnelly earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University and was the Chief Operating Officer of the Business Team. In 2007, he earned his Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.
