Ad Age Names Red Door Interactive 6th Best Place to Work
- Publication honors agency among best employer in Marketing and Media -
Red Door Interactive, a strategic partner dedicated to ensuring businesses engage their customers wherever they are, was named one of the Best Places to Work in Marketing and Media by Advertising Age.
Ranked 6th on the Top 40 list, the staff surveyed provided the agency high marks for delivering exceptional benefits and for operating under the tenets of “share,” “exceed” and “100 percent jerk-free.”
“Our team members are the most important thing to us. This is the third year Ad Age has identified the Best Places to Work in the Marketing and Media industry and the first time they created a Top 40 list. Eligible businesses included agencies, media owners and marketers with more than 50 employees. Businesses were required to complete a survey that covered various issues, including pay, promotions, health care, hiring practices and more. Furthermore, employees completed a survey that covered other topics such as fairness of pay, vacation time, relationships with management and co-workers, career development and other workplace matters.
In addition to this achievement, Red Door Interactive recently received the San Diego SHRM Workplace Excellence Award and was acknowledged by the San Diego Business Journal as one of the area’s Best Places to Work.
