Red Door Interactive President named Most Admired CEO by San Diego Business Journal
Red Door Interactive, a premier strategic Internet Presence Management firm, announced today that its President, Reid Carr, was named this year’s Most Admired CEO among privately-held small businesses by the San Diego Business Journal. The publication’s judging panel cited Carr’s ability to engineer the company’s stellar growth rate since its 2002 inception as well as to foster one of the best places to work in the region.
“Anyone who has been in our office for more than five minutes recognizes that I’m just trying to keep up with our staff,” said Carr. “I am honored and privileged to work with the most intelligent, most passionate, most team-oriented group of people assembled anywhere. They are dedicated to positively impacting our clients’ businesses and Internet presence initiatives, and the true reason behind our success.”
More than 100 nominees competed for the award in various categories. The winners as well as the finalists were announced at an Oct. 18 reception held at the Downtown Marriott Hotel and Marina hotel. Carr’s award comes on the heels of the company’s listing on the business journal’s 2007 Fastest 100 Privately-Held Companies and Best Places to Work listings. Red Door Interactive was also named to this year’s Inc. 5,000 list.
