Reid Carr, CEO of Red Door, and Dan Ramirez, General Manager at Mitchell1, will be presenting their experiences of gathering customer feedback and maximizing the benefits of getting the customers involved in the design of your products.  The presentations will be from two points of view, website and software development.

Dan Ramirez, General Manager,Mitchell1
Dan Ramirez is the general manager of the automotive repair solutions group at Mitchell1, a leading provider of information to the automotive industry since 1918.

In his current position, Ramirez oversees product management and business management for the repair information product line consisting of the OnDemaind and ShopKey branded repair and transmission products.
