Position: Senior Web Developer

The successful candidate will be an Internet savvy developer who has a passion for creating intuitive solutions, working in a collaborative environment, and aligning technology with client goals. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP, relational database platforms, and Web development technologies. Position: Strategist
Location: San Diego, CA or Denver, CO
A Strategist's primary role is to guide client strategy recommendations through understanding of clients' business goals, brand/target audience insights, market research and all data sources (e.g. web analytics data, acquisition reporting). Experience with analytics, online media planning/buying, social media, search engine marketing preferred. Requires clarity and persuasiveness in verbal and written communications. Position: Freelance Senior Interactive Art Director
Location: San Diego, CA
Contractor must have interactive agency experiene working with large brands, with the ability to strategically guide clients from concept through production. Position: Freelance Junior Designer
Location: San Diego, CA
Contractor should have a BA in Interactive or Graphic Design or equivalent experience. 1 to 2 years of agency experience is preferred. Requires working knowledge of Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Also requires thorough familiarity with MAC platform. Ideal candidate would have 8+ years professional experience as a writer working with an agency. Long format ad copy, headlines, conceptual and strategic are musts.
