Charles Wiedenhoft is the Director of User Experience with Red Door Interactive where he leads the agency's Web analytics, research, usability and conversion optimization group. His involvement in Web strategy spans nearly a decade with an award-winning mix of design and technical expertise. He has consulted on Web initiatives for companies such as P&G, Intuit, GE, Sempra Energy, Nissan, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Cincinnati Bell and others.

Charles has published several articles for Chief Marketer and has been quoted in BtoB Magazine on the topic of Web 2.0 analytics. He has hosted a seminar for The San Diego Direct Marketing Association speaking on "Defining an Internet Presence Roadmap".

Charles is a member of the Web Analytics Association and the ACM Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction (SIG-CHI). He regularly attends Web analytics and usability special interest group events in San Diego.
